If there is a defect with your order, an issue, or it simply wasn’t what you were expecting, please email us within 14 days of the delivery date at info@L7Sportswear.co.uk. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line and explain the reason for the return.

Please note the following return guidelines:

• Shipping Costs: Initial shipping costs for returns or missed deliveries are non-refundable.

• Return Responsibility: L7 Sportswear is not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipment. The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item.

• Return Condition: Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact within 14 days.

 

Items showing signs of wear, damage, marks, smells, or missing labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are not covered by L7 Sportswear and must be paid by the customer.
